UMCOR Responds to Hurricane Harvey

UMCOR Responds to Hurricane Harvey

Dear Friend of UMCOR,

As the waters recede from Houston and other communities affected by Hurricane Harvey’s record-breaking rainfall and flooding, UMCOR volunteers are still on the ground for the relief and recovery efforts in Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana.

Donations already made to UMCOR have brought much care and comfort to those affected by this disaster. If you made a gift, thank you!

But a catastrophe of this size and magnitude will require UMCOR to be there for the long-term as UMC conferences address the urgent needs of their individual communities. UMCOR will be with them every step of the way.

The people of Houston and other communities still need your help today

Please pray for the millions of people affected by this disaster, and if you haven’t yet done so, make a gift so we can provide the help they need to rebuild their lives.

P.S.  If you just made a gift to support our brothers and sisters affected by Hurricane Harvey, thank you. The need is still great and UMCOR is your hands and feet bringing relief where the need is greatest. Your gift today will make a difference.
